Many of our Word documents use a header and footer. Double click on the cover page footer then insert your logo and business information. Double click on the 2nd page header or footer, insert your information and all the remaining pages will look the same. Each purchase grants you a license to tailor and use our documents in one business or private operation. Your online purchase receipt will provide you a download link for each document and several download opportunities. The download will request that you select a location on your hard drive to store your file - please be very careful to choose a storage location that you can easily find on your hard drive. Each download is a fully editable Microsoft Word, Excel or Visio document that you can tailor to precisely meet your quality improvement project according to our terms and conditions. How to find a file on your hard
