Efficient QMS™ License Agreement ( eQMS License Agreement )
NOTICE TO USER: PLEASE READ THIS eQMS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
BY COPYING, INSTALLING OR USING ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS eQMS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

IMPORTANT — LICENSE DISCLOSURE
EFFICIENT QMS™ IS LICENSED SOFTWARE THAT REQUIRES A VALID LICENSE TO OPERATE. THE APPLICATION WILL NOT DISPLAY WITHOUT AN ACTIVE TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT LICENSE.
What this means:
- Your downloaded copy of eQMS includes a temporary license that expires on the date shown in the file named license.txt in the root folder of the downloaded ZIP file.
- If the temporary license expires before a permanent license is activated, eQMS will stop operating and will not display until a valid license is installed.
- A permanent license is provided at no charge and does not expire. To activate your permanent license, provide your web address (domain) or IP address where eQMS is installed.
- If you move to a new domain or IP address, a replacement permanent license is provided at no charge upon request.
- No payment is required to obtain, activate, or maintain your permanent license. There is no subscription, no recurring fee, and no automatic renewal.
This disclosure is provided in compliance with California consumer protection requirements for software products with operational dependency on license status.
No-Charge Installation
We will install eQMS for you at no charge when you provide the following:
- Web address for login to your Webhost’s cPanel where eQMS is installed
- Username to login to your cPanel
- Password to login to your cPanel
eQMS installation and tech-support is no-charge since 2007, and has no expiration.
System Requirements:
Any Web Host or Web Server running PHP 8.1 to 8.x, MySQLi, Zend OPcache, Zend Scripting Language Engine by Zend Technologies, and ionCube Loaders 12 to 15.
Software Requirements:
Use your Webhost’s Control Panel (cPanel) to upload files and to create a database for use by eQMS.
eQMS is the digital skeleton — your policies, procedures, and forms are the muscle. Build them yourself, use free industry resources, or start with a professionally written QMS kit from the catalog.
